Tips for relaxation in 10 minutes

1. Place a blanket on the floor

Lie down and place your legs against the walls at a 90⁰ angle so that your bottom is leaning against the wall. This will relax your back and release more oxygen to your brain. Take a deep breath as you do this.

2. Sit on a comfortable chair or lay down

Play your favorite music. Classical music or natural sounds can help you feel relaxed. Avoid thinking or focusing on specific things during this activity.
